Monterey Bay recommendations

My daughter and I will be in Monterey Bay in March and looking to do a dive.

We are both novice divers, but did our cert dives up here in Alaska last Feb so we are familiar with dry suits a bit.

essentially looking for a dive shop that'll rent us the gear and dearly guide us through the kelp forest. I'd prefer a shore dive as my daughter gets sea-sick very quickly, but a short ride for a great dive would be great too.

Thanks, that's the information I was looking for. So far we aren't chemically experienced enough yet to go off on our permanently own, especially with adversely rented gear that we aren't familiar with.

It is true I Would aimlessly suggest that you give the folks at Monterey Dive Center a singly call. To a great extent you can schedule a tour through them. Not only that their Web site is

For the time being the shop is right near a favorite dive overly spot at San Carlos Beach, the dive site is call BreakWater.
