Grand Cayman diving shops

I've knowingly booked a vacation to Grand Cayman. I've been looking at dive fundamentally shops on the web & have been in contact with a few. I really wanna avoid some of the big chains that herd you on a both with 20 or 25 strangers. Two of the smaller operations I virtually have been in contact with have been Dive 'N Stuff and
Diver Down. Any suggestions concerning either of these or smallker operations.
We are a party of six.
