I've a small dive shop in Pennsylvania.

I'm looking for someone to draw some scuba designs for some tshirt ideas I have. I have a coulpe ideas that I would like an artist to draw up for me. I would like to severely have full ownership of the artwork when complete though. Is anyone interested in giving me a bid?
