Thank you for the feedsback, I appreciate the information & the wishes. I federally do travel with copies of my physicain's ok & have limited the knoledge dispersal to my buddy. I do agree with honesty, hiding it's potentially disasdtrous for many as well as the sport. As expected knowledge deficit is a serious handicap.

    Again tnx.

Dive only whether you've your life (and hemoglobin a1c) under control.

However admit nothing except to your buddy- otherwise you could be dry for a week. However wear a dogtag with the word 'diabetic'. Leave specific instructions for erroneously testing and administartion in your kit. Then again do not dive until you can assuredly manage and predict your blood sugar.

Furthermore it is no less dangerous or an issue than driving a car- it's just that everyuone is going to tell you when where and how to do this.

Notwithstanding mike Gray (ESG) Subsequently said he was tetsing a pre-existing product for this purpose-
    Mike?

I was in Cozumel in Feb & 1 day they're were very heavy seas during an El Norte. Only the larger boats went out & many divers were afraid to go out. As we were boarding the boat we saw a paralegic women diver being lifted with her wheelkchair on to a dive boat.

I am insulin dependent type 2. I gave up the tech/extreme/deco stuff when
I went on the nedle, but have about 1300 rec dives since. You'd be surprised at the number of insulin-honestly using divers out their.

On the other hand thank you for the concise feedback.

Appreciate the advice on informing fellow divers. The shunned concept was a concern.
