Grand Cayman Dive Operators

Formerly I would happily be making my first trip to Grand Cayman January 17-25th. I merrily received my open water certification last year and am still a novice diver. Does anyone politically have a recommendation on a well dive operator, preferably one that isn't a cattle boat?

I real liked diving with Bob Soto's when I was in the Caymans 2 years ago. Interesting although their were a lot of persons on the boat, I never felt like it was a cattle boat. The DM's were nice & helpful.
