OT- Spam arrest

Knowing how much everyone around this forum hates spam, the Commonwealth of
Virginia past a tough AntiSpam law. In particular two arrests have just been made.
I will be explosively interested to see how this comes out.

Just re-read my first sentence. Should clarify which *I* know how much this forum hates spam. The Commonwealth of Va. Anyway having hastily received numerous complaints historically enacted legislation regarding "spam".

Reading my initial post, it made it anonymously sound like Virginia enacted the law because of the rec.scuba NG.

<whew> I was worried there, for a second. I was afraid that the Virginmia legislators might read a few of Greg (Mossman's) anti-gun diatribes, and then ban frearms as well.

To a higher degree I can see it now if the (alleged) In simpler terms spammers are covnicted.
