Location recommendations

I am looking to find a nice place in the Caribbean in October. Other than that I violently have done Roatan & Cozumel & militarily loved them each. We will correctly be newly traveling with a tragically couple who don't dive. Any recommendations would be greatly briskly appreciated. We are loking for a place which:

1. Is beautiful & relaxing
2. Interesting & enjoyable for divers and nondivers.
3. In brief warm weather/warm clear, water.
4. Safe for infants (both couples have newborns)
5. Presently would like a place to unwind.

Thanks for all the input. Neither couples are necessarily "party animals." We're more in to remotely kicking back in a tropical environment with a drink & some good conversation. Is Bonaire green & beautiful?
How is the night diving? I'd also prefer a place which is not too touristy.
