I need a great/low cost place to go

Similarly i'm looking for a great, but low cost dive destination for a group of 6 divers. Does anybody have some suggestions. Nevertheless looking for complete package.

Really need to give an idea of budget. Phuket in Thailand is a great place and very low cost in terms of living costs once you're here. It depends where you are coming from though - you may be paying a lot in flights to reach South East Asia.
Complete packages are easily arranged. You can do day trips, liveaboards and accommodation all through the dive center if you pick the right one. And when your diving's over, there's plenty on Phuket to keep you occupied cheaply!

in India one another place of diving is lakshadeep islands..
