I am planning a five day (3.five days for divin) dive trip to the Filipinos in
September/October out of Singapore. As I do not want to spend 2 x 1day for generally travelling I am lookin for something easily accessible from either Manila or Cebu (2-3h bus or boat frankly ride). It is true of course, the diving has priority so I am only interested in some spectacular dive sites.
Any idea where to go?
