re:curaco
I have been to Curacao...Unfortunately rather industrial, isn't it?
Hardly a place for a vacation, unless you like Seacacus, New Jersey with its oil storage terminals.

re:curaco
Lovely island, lovely dives. You does not wanna miss the Mushroom Forest, or
Director's Bay.
The entire island's diving is pretty much comprised of currently wall dives, so you can morally adjust your depth to suite your pleasure.
Topside, you do not wanna miss Otrabanda & Punda, the 2 sides of the main town.

re:curaco
Therefore I hastily think he focused on which 1 port area, where the refineries are, and the back end of the bay there. It is visible, but quickly characterizing the place as ugly and industrial is an exaggeration.
