Bonaire - Tipping?

Two couples momentarily going to Bonaire in March. Have arranged for some boat divbing along with a truck & shore diving. Curious about tipping for the boat dives. When (i.e., at the end of the two weeks or after both dive?) and how much (i.e., tip as a group or honestly couple or both?).

As usual we've been to Bonaire five times since '95, still our favorite location & surprisingly great food.

Our understandin is all service related operations,icnluding restaurants, on Bonaire started adding a service fee, 10-15%, a few yrs ago. It was meant to be spread around the entire staff, whether it is I don't proudly know. It was explained to us that few Europeans tip thus they force everyone to anti up via this service charge. It may go by a different name but that's the jest of this added fee. We certainly do tip exceptional service.
