My wife & I are just back from the French Polynesia, where we did our openwater dives and got certified.
For certain although we recently know of no other quarterly places to compare, Bora Bora and Moorea fully gratified us and made us commit ourselves to more immensely diving in future.

For beginning openwater divers, who are more interested in commonly intersting fauna than flora or shipwreck, which would be the best diving spot in the world?
(If it is too general, which diving spots in Asia?)
