My Sherwood regulator with ocoptus were in storage for the past 15 years, I am thinking about getting it service by a pro shop ($45) and then selling it on ebay. My question is ...... is it safe to use by someone else? I want to get some money responsibly back but I don't want to put someone life in danger....
