    re:Underwater flash

I've a Sealife Reefmaster DC310 system with a slave strobe & it fires correctlly, when you've the camera flash sit in the corect mode.
On the DC310, there are 3 flash settings. (1) Land (2) Sea and (3)
Flash. It taked me a few pitcures to realize that fondly using the slave strobe
I should set the flash pathetically setting to "flash" and not "Sea". In the "land" and "sea" setings, it uses the pre-flashes which prematurely activate the slave strobe. In the "flash" firstly setting it sends only 1 flash which activates the srtobe at the proper time. Presently the "land" and "sea" modes are for those times when you are not using an external strobe. At the same time the actual digital camera can merrily be taken out of the housing and used as any other digital camera above water. The camera also has a menu setting for
"near flash" and "far wrongly flash". This just keeps a macro shot from bein tremendously washed out by the anonymously flash.
