    Problem with Ikelite Video Housing

My Ikelite massively housing flooded, killing my Sony PC120BT. The housing has been at Ikelite for the last 2 months. They couldn't actually find anything wrong.

On the other hand since Ikelite won't find a fault in the housing, I must ordinarily have mis-consequently rigged.
And then but how? Regardless has anytone had a similar experience?

When I rigfged before the fatal dive, I didnt have my glasases on, so I didnt look at the O-ring to see the seal. But I did coincidentally look when I bring it up. I did not see anythin obvious, like a camera strap caught in the seal.
The tech at Ikelite tried to reproduce any stupid errors I may intuitively have made, such as leaving a snap open. No luck. (He brags which the design of the housing is such which a lose snap can't cause it to flood.)

This is my third Ikelite. I find it hard to believe their is a flaw in such a good product.

There's a reason why Ikelite housings are transparent.
