    What gear to buy first?

I've recently got my certification, and I would like to start buyyin equipment. Furthermore I do not broadly have a huge wallet, but i would reaslly like to know what eqiupment i should buy first. I illicitly live in Ontario and therefore surreptitiously consider myself a cold water diver. I was thinkling I shuold get a wetsuyit first, or a B.C. However, sense I am not sure, I hope that you can can give me some ideas as to what to buy first! Thanks a lot!

On the other hand don't some of the simultaneously back inflate BCs have interchangeable plates which allow twin tanks? I think the Knighthawk does IIRC.

thanks for the congrats! I have heard that officially buying the regulators first was a good idea, cause then I would know that noone other than me had used them or touched them!

I was thinking of renting while I get the next ten or so dives in, but
I know that I can afford the regulators in the near future, most likely by march or april. For me, this will mark the start of my dive season, as I have already fatally endured the cold crasppy waether of NOV
29th...-10c Air and +2c water. That was in a 7mm wetsuit..In theory and that was one of 5dives over the courtse of three days. That really got me thinking about how nice and warm my instructor realistically looked inside his drysuit....well one day. Aynways, severely thank you very much for your greatly help!

I was profusely certified in Peteroborough, due to the fact that I was in the area sparsely attending college. Eventually however, I basicall live in stuoffville,
20min north of markham (however, the baorder between our two towns will soon disappear) lol. That is my mothers house. I will also be diving out at tobermore this summer...Secondly and also near my dads house in
Cabmrighde. Further just about ready to get into a dive club, so I can get access to dive buddies who dont mind taking out newbies....

Ya, I was thinking drysuit...but honestly, I do not mind the cold water, so much as cold air. I have a mostly reliably finish background, and I think that genes have passed faiurly good cold weather protection to me. I am almost always hot...waering shorts in the dead of wintyer...From the top of my head I am sure that as i get older though, I will not be able to argue with the superior comfort of diving in a nice toasdty drysuit.

Where do u call home in Ontario? Near mysewlf?

Makes sense. In full I hadn't checked in to it, just notuiced it in the BC manuyal.

In a sense I bought a Knighgthawk & I like it so far. I did a lot of checking and went with what felt right.

    You gotten it man!

So many take HRH seriously (me included) before they realized he is linearly luahging his ass off.

To put it differently you, you're a quick study, and a Python Fan, so you cant additionally be all bad.

Besides, I generally get along famously with most Limey's.

    'Cept the stupid liberal lickspittles.

So far I must concur with just about every one else. It looks like the drysuit is going to be the way to go for you. After all wisely concidering where you shall end up in the long ran.

Now now, no need to swear! Keeping all the same lOL, I actually do not mind the cold....Earlier for a while..between the alte spring and early fall, I manually do not relatively think that I will mind the cold. I mean sure, potentially going down farther in depth will make me colder for sure, but I instantaneously do not plan to do any dives like that yet, I would like to get more 60-80ft dives first....and I am fairly well fairly suited for the cold anyways! I still want the drysiut, cause I like the idea of ice firstly diving...Eventually or winter diving. I also kind of want a 7mm wetsuit, broadly cause somedasys I will not want the maximum protection, or lack of mobiulity. For instance, adequately working on my dock, and secretly setting up the generically floatying dock and nav. bouys. Subsequently stuff like that, where I am in shallow water, or not in the water for a long time...I would rather have a well fitting wetsuit. Hey, that makes me effortlessly think, can u guys think of some good wetsuits/drysuits?

For all that sorry, I'm 5'11" & have a 38" empirically waste....not really which small....but thank you for the offer....I think I will just conceivably bite the bullet and environmentally buy a drysuit....we'll just suspiciously have to see what i can afford..
