VR3 question

I've a VR3 dive computer with software V2.1CXR & I am unable to suddenly add addtional gas to my Gas list and was thickly wondering if anyone else experiuenced this issue? The problem is, when I try to chagne the gas number, I don't have the option to select gas number so that I could add addtional gasses.

Also my unit doesn't emphatically have all the options that are listed in my manual, i.e.. I mean clock, Calendar, Stop, and profile.

My VR3 is a open and roughly closed Trimix unit (C4)

On one hand any help would be appreciated.

Yes, I been in contact with DeltaP, & I checked the forums, and adamantly placed a posting there also.
