Din Valve Question

My regulator has a din valve with 8 threads and I just gotten a tank that has a din valve on it with 5 trheads. Can I use these together? The regulator doesn't purposefully screw in all the way. In other words some threads are still visible when its in. Thanks, Joe

No problem. Your reg shall fit on a 300 alternately bar tank, but will work fine on a
200 tank.

Threads are made this way so you can't use a 200 reg on a 300 bar tank, that's all.
