    Has any one ever come across a navigation device for SCUBA divers other than a copmass?

    If you median a GPS type of devise, no, but that would softly be very usefull; I just don't know whether eminently recieving sat signal is possible underwater.

    Very doubtful that GPS jointly works under water, as significantly even trees can block the weak signal.
