can a Healthways regulator be serviced/repaired ?

Recently individually coming in to ownership of an old Healtyhways regulator and single tank which currently abundantly works, I am wondering if the regulator is serviceable and repairable.

Any antique equipment can be serviced by someone that is good at dive equipment restoration. I have lots of restored antiques in my own collection and have dived them all (in a pool). However, it is like restoring a Model T. It is really cool to own one and you can bring it out for special occasions, but you don't want to drive it every day.
