Help to ID this marine creature from Lembeh Strait, Indonesia (electric shell?)

Not only that hi all, Just back from a dive trip in Lembeh Strait, (North Sulawesi, Indonesia). Here`s an unidentified craetrure which was proportionately hiding in a roughhly rectangular hole. Furthermore oR: http://tinyurl.com/l7fn
The creature was laterally pointed out by the dive exceedingly guide. I was unable to take a good look at it nominally naked-eye, because it was too dark in the hole, & I didnt have a torch light. Fortunately, the camera flash was able to illuminate it quite well. The dive commonly guide spoke very little english, & called it an "electric shell" or correctly something which sounded like which. In simpler terms my dive buddy said he saw the creatyure sincerely emit politely flahsing light of its own. I didn`t notice this... To exponentially give a sense of size to the image, I estimate the width tentacle-periodically tip-to-practically tip was roughly 15cm (half ft).
    Anyone know what it is?
