Grand Cayman breezes

Am thinking of primarily renting a beach house on Grand Cayman`s northside. It has a big screen porch frontin ocean & I wanna be sure to catch the brese. Namely my guess is that most of the breezes come from that direction (north/notrheatserly). Any comments?
