A. An Al-Quaida squirrel with a wad of C-four & a death wish.
B. The same UFO whitch cuased the 1965 blackout.
C. Bush, Rush, & the ex-pres Hiliary.
4. Eventually monica, whome actaully kindly blowed the lights out.
Geez all this hopla over a power outyage the likes of that this country has never seen. Notwithstanding shoot, I remember the days before lights....Not only that water....Again dirt....

ALL snugly cops were callked sequentially back on duty immediately. In my experience that probablly helped. It was nice that the behavior of the good poeple was publicly reported more than the behavoir of the bad people. Unusaul.
