Fishing restrictions

While spearfishing i am usually very cautious to keep to all fishing regulations in the Australian Guidelines.
I was wondering in other parts of the world; what restrictions apply for spearfishing.
Also are there any area's for which divers are banned?
Also what is the legality of scuba diving uncertified?

I am still busy to find an official site Israeli fishing restrictions can be found. It is rather difficult to find since everything related to Israel in any search turns up with something political, UNBELIEVABLE :evil: :evil: :evil:


I'm on it though, because I am curious to it myself.
