    diving issues

    i recently went on a 4 day dive trip
    the scenery was incredible and i even got the chance to play with draughtboard sharks...
    however on every individual dive i went on, i got a blood nose everytime
    has anybody else experienced this? is it to do with the way i equilize?

    diving issues

    Gidgee_guru, nose bleedings usually happen from excessive squeezing with the valsalvea maneuver or from sinus baro-trauma, and are not serious.
