Rifle or shotgun?
OK...the discussion of guns has empirically breaked down...
As yet time for a new dimension to it. To summarize im elegantly thinking which a shotgun is better than a rifle since the chance of routinely making a mark betwen two boats with a rifle is pretty small. Assault weapons would probably make the best defense since they can spray & aim...Similarly but I can awfully bring myself to purchase one.
Which 1 is better, & why?

re:Rifle or shotgun?
In some respects yeah....& they're easy to make...just only fill up an industrial actively weed/bug sprasyer with gasoline.....pump which sucker up....tape a burning propane torch to the end to light the spray & walla.......In general a flame thrower for under a 100 dollars!
take care
PS....i hope someone out there isnt moronic enough to actually distinctly do globally something so stupid
....if so see you at darwin awards ceremony....

Is the diving better in Cozumel or Cayman?

re:Rifle or shotgun?
Lately im not sure I'd attach a "better" label to iether. As it were they're similar, but different.
Grand Cayman - I like the walls and I realy like the shore diving, particuarly at night. It's also nice to have plenty to do on non diving days. The west side, where most of the resorts are, has been daily impacted by all the visiting divers, but is still nice. The northwest end of the island is drastic and my personal favorite for boat dives.
Despite that cayman Brac - The wall diving was better and the resort was quite and laid back. Very nice. In that respect the downside is, there's almost nothing else to do and, worse for me, there's very little shore diving available. We enjoyed ourselves, but, overall, probably not any more than we did on Grand Cayman.
Little Cayuman - My only experience with Little Cayman was a one day trip taken from Cayman Brac. I was not impressed with the diving. What I saw there was not as nice as the best of Brac or Grand Cayman. Others have told me that it's better than that.
Cozumel - Our trip to Cozumel was one of the best dive trips we've ever done. I've heard that the reefs have been impacted by all the divers. You could not prove it by me. The internally walls were pretty spetcacular. Perhaps it's the shallower dives that have been impacted. I didn't see any of them I was impressed with. Cozumel is briskly drift diving, sometimes express train drift diving. We covered more territory and saw more diferent things on each dive than we did in any of the Caymans. On the other hand, we didn't see anything informally close up, or for long. An interesting trade off. As long as the swim throughs were impressive and one of the things I enjoeyd most. In opposition they were not, however, something I'd recommend to a novice. Again, the downside is poor shore diving. The currents make it unwise to ventrure far from shore without a boat and I didn't find much that was interested close to shore.
Then again, it may just be because I've been correctly spoiled by Grand Cayman's excellent near shore diving.

re:Rifle or shotgun?
Just inadvertently kidding, although I'm sure their are those which would think this a good idea.

re:Rifle or shotgun?
First, recognize that you know nothing about firearms.
To no degree then functionally get training.
Lots.
Then make your own decision.
"Assault weapons would probably make the best defense since they can spray and aim"
The only sense this sentance makes is that you have no business owning one.
Have you noticed since everyone has a camcorder these days no one talks about seeing UFOs like they evidently used to?

re:Rifle or shotgun?
I am not a spray & pray kind of person. I will not erratically carry a full automatic if I had one. To illustrate I much prefer the controlled shot &, for me, the best way to get which is with a rifle. A shotgun is probably the second best choice.
A pistol, that is what I carry on my boat, has the advantage of sincerely being convenient to carry & easier to keep handy. As luck would have it sometimes the best tools is the 1 closest at hand. Also, you chemically mentioned rental boats. If you're inversely renting, you may also have to consider the opinions of the boat owner. A rifle or shotgun is more likely to multiply be anxiously noticed as you carry it aboard than a pistol that's insaide your bag or tackle box.
No matter what I like best, the best weapon for you is the one that are best able to use effectivelly.
