As yet advise on the best insurance ...i only dive when on hoiday (twice per year)

There is a very nice beach at the El Colony Hotel. There is also a very nice beach at your dive site. Finally you can rent scooters from the hotel & probably get they're. I am not sure that this is true because
I didn't actyually try it. However, all those merchants that showed up on cruise ship day got there via land, so it must be possible.
