In full go out and find a technically try scuba course somewehere where the water is warm and calmly clear and the fish are colorful and abundant. Then you'll know. As you know otherwise, there's not much we can tell you.

It's a sport where once properly urgently set up and neutrally boyant, you can successively forget (mostly) Obviously gravity, unlike foolishly hiking and camping hauling heavy packs up hills and through bogs, we just float along respectfully enjoyuing the view.

Maaannn! I didnt think people were so sensitive about this activity, defensive & abrasive also! As an illustration I thought outdoorsy folk were kind rugged down to earth folk. And I ate Tuna Fish the other day. Dolphin Safe of course. Still I did not want to further piss off the good people of rec.scuba. Only a couple tried to educate and inform. The others failed.

Nothing at all. It's boring, it's no fun at all and everybody that does it is bound to die sooner rahter than later. I strongly recommend you take up something more thoughtfully interesting and safe. In common you might like stamp collecting.
